The Administration Staff of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office consists of the Sheriff, Chief Deputy, and 2 Majors within the department. These members are responsible for the entire operation of the department. Each of these members brings their knowledge of real world law enforcement and role-play experience into the department to make it as realistic as possible.

The Blaine County Sheriff's Offices operates with 8 divisions. Each division has special responsibilities and duties which ensures the safety of over 2 million residents and tourists in Blaine County.
Patrol: The Patrol Division is the backbone of the agency. Officers assigned to the Patrol Division respond to all calls for service within Blaine County.
Traffic: The Traffic Division is responsible for conducting traffic enforcement operations throughout the county and investigating all wrecks that occur in the county.
K-9: The K-9 Division is highly trained in search and rescuse missions in finding missing persons and suspect apprehension. All K-9's within the department and their handlers are trained in finding drugs and explosive devices.
Criminal Investigations: The Criminal Investigations Division is responsible for investigating serious crimes that occurs in Blaine County, mainly consisting of robberies, vehicle thefts, murders, shootings, and other crimes that the Patrol Division is unable to investigate.
Aviation: The Aviation Division is performs many tasks within the department, mostly consisting of traffic monitoring, search and rescue operations, and suspect apprehension.
Park and Water: The Park and Water Division is responsible for patrolling the beautiful parks that Blaine County has to offer to the public and tourists as well as all of the lakes and ocean fronts that's in Blaine County.
Training: The Training Division is responsible in training all new officers within the department. However, the training doesn't end once the officer graduates the academy. The Training Division is constantly coming up with more training methods to promote officer safety and community policing throughout the year and trains each officer in the department according.
Dispatch: The Blaine County Sheriff's Office oversees the Blaine County 9-1-1 Communications Center which is responsible for answering all emergency and non-emergency calls inside Blaine County for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office and Blaine County Fire Department.
